It's a new dawn... it's a new day... it's a new life... for me...

Many years ago I entertained the idea

of doing some things on social media. It

just didn’t work out so I eliminated social

media as an option to expand my radio

brand. I decided to concentrate on playing

competitive golf, writing golf articles,

and doing my radio show. Then one day

while I was trying to convince someone

to become a sponsor for my radio show,

they said, “You don’t have many followers

on social media”. I responded by saying, “I

didn’t know I had any followers because

I had no idea I was even on social media

platforms”?

My thoughts and focus changed that day

and I knew I was going to have to make

a decision about joining the “rat race” or

simply continue enjoying my life at my

“advanced age”. After evaluating all of the

plus’s and minus’s, I concluded I had to

answer the question posed to me by both

friends, family and a few others already in

that world, “Why would you even think

about entering the galaxy of social media”?

It was not an easy decision

to make but in the final analysis, the only

answer I could come up with was, “WHY

NOT”! Hopefully, those of you who

read these articles and listen to my radio

show will appreciate that I don’t have any

permanent record of some of the great

experiences I have had in my life and

this will give me the opportunity to share

additional thoughts about “Golf and Life”.

I am working closely with a small team of

professionals based out of Syracuse called

BizFix to build a community for golf

enthusiasts and others through several

exciting initiatives and platforms!
