Meet Holly

Holly brings nearly 30 years of experience in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, and Exercise
Science to the Tee Time with the ProNoun team. A former collegiate athlete and Certified
Athletic Trainer, Holly has a deep passion for injury prevention, recovery, and the evolving
intersection of sports and health.

Her love for the game of golf grew through years of recreational play, especially enjoying family
tournaments in scramble format. Beyond the course, Holly is a longtime professor of Sports
Medicine and Human Performance at Westfield State University, where she’s committed to
preparing future healthcare professionals to thrive in a changing healthcare landscape.
Holly holds a B.S. in Athletic Training and an M.S. in Sport Psychology from Springfield
College, along with an Ed.D. in Educational Policy, Research, and Administration from UMass
Amherst. Her academic expertise and personal journey—including her recent experience with
cancer recovery—inspire her frequent segments on the show.

Holly is currently focused on complementary and integrative approaches to chronic disease and
injury management. Her interest in the benefits of PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field)
technology for improved microcirculation and performance has led her to become an
Independent BEMER Distributor.

Whether in the classroom, on the air, or on the green, Holly is driven by a mission to educate,
empower, and elevate health and performance for all.
